It has been signed in various pens by many artists who at that time had songs listed on this top 50 survey: Elvis Presley (first name only, adding "yours") and the Colonel ("Col" only), Sam Cooke, Jackie Wilson, Clyde McPhatter (signed "Best, Clyde"), Phil and Don Everly, Rick Nelson (adding "Best always"), Bobby Rydell, Connie Francis, Connie Stevens, Pat Boone (adding "warmest wishes"), Brenda Lee, Don Gibson, Al Brown, Paul Anka, Ron Holden, Jimmy Clanton, and Skip And Flip. This is from the estate of Dan (Oberholtz) Diamond, a prominent Kansas City area DJ for decades. The survey is about 8 1/2" x 14", and is in overall vey good shape.
