Beatles signed John Lennon Paul McCartney George Harrison Ringo Starr Autograph
This unlined 3x5 file card was signed in mid-August 1965 by all four Beatles in pencil at the Warwick Hotel in New York. This was at the time the Beatles were making their historic first Shea Stadium appearance. They were acquired by Stanley Kolowski, who has collected in-person autographs for about fifty years. I acquired a large part of his collection of vintage rock signatures and other personalities on 3x5 cards. The cards had remained together for more than forty years in a scrapbook. The card is in excellent shape, other than the adhesive residue on the reverse, which is somewhat visible from the front. There are no bends or folds, and the corners are sharp. . The signatures are surprisingly unhurried, all are clear and distinct, with some overlapping. John and Ringo have added some x's after their signature. Click on the small inset photo to see a scan of the reverse. A superior set of signatures from an historic time in their career, this will display perfectly with a photo.
